When I asked for a replacement or refund, the seller just started arguing that he can't do it. I asked how can he send a giraffe toy when I ordered a panda? He just told me "We could have sent some damaged product, or we might have left the product out". How lame and mannerless the way of their speech is? I've asked for their location. But he kept on telling it's pondicherry alone. He didn't give me his store's location. I could have accepted the giraffe if he would have asked me more politely. Instead he came arguing with me having the mistake on his side. When you run out of stock you must convey it to the buyer. Instead you must not send anything on your own right? Isn't it morale/ethics of a good seller? Worst behaviour of the seller.
