Easy Replacement & Refund

Yaadin Gifts, every product is custom-made with care, which means returns and exchanges are handled under specific conditions. Please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds.
📍Replacement & Refund Eligibility: We only accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
1. Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, 360-degree opening video from start of opening your courier to end without any break or gap in the video. You may request a refund or replacement.
2. Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or a different product than what you ordered, you are eligible for a refund or exchange.
📍Replacement or refund Process: If your item qualifies for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to us at (yaadingifts@gmail.com or 8248618070) within 7 days of receiving your product. Include your order number, 360-degree opening video, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Approval of Replacement or Refund: If approved, we will either send you a replacement product or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
